Who are we?

Since 1982, North East Printing Machinery has been servicing clients both locally and around the world. We deal in all aspects that pertain to the trading of high quality used graphic arts equipment.

We are experienced in both sheet fed and web fed offset equipment, all type of bindery, finishing and converting machines, digital presses and electronic pre-press equipment. Our clients come from various fields; commercial printers, packaging printers, newspapers, trade bindery and converters, digital print operations and much more.

Purchasing

We are not just brokers; we purchase equipment for cash and inventory them in our (USA) facilities.

Sales

We sell all types of equipment in various ways; as is, reconditioned or rebuilt. We have our own in-house mechanics, CO2 cleaning process area, tractor and trailer for deliveries. We can arrange financing for our customers and, in some cases, accept letters of credit to facilitate sales to our overseas buyers.

Wholesale/Export

We have developed a strong reputation for ethical dealings which is essential in the relationships with our buyers outside the USA. We have the experience and facilities to procure, supply spare parts, crate, load, containerize, handle export documents and many other services that enable us to be a “one stop shop” for many of the largest equipment brokers in the world. These companies can benefit from buying from the largest stock of inventory available in the USA.

Liquidations/Re-marketing

North East Printing Machinery also enjoys a strong following of turnaround experts, banks, finance companies, auctioneers and owners of privately held printing companies. These businesses, from time to time, need to rely on our experience in handling all aspects of liquidating large graphic arts firms. We can handle an individual machine or whole plant liquidations by the commission method or outright purchase. NEPM has been involved in more liquidation/auction sales of printing equipment than any other organization in the United States over the last 40 years.

Appraisals/Consulting

As a by-product of the many years of hands on trading of printing equipment, we have developed a unique knowledge database of equipment values. As a candidate member of the American Society of Appraisers, we have learned how to leverage that knowledge into providing the most comprehensive and accurate printing asset appraisals in the industry. We also provide valuation and consulting services that allow our clients to rely on our experience in this field.
